No problem! I had looked this up when I was thinking about making Meredith an autograph book. I think it will be easier to just buy one on ebay at this point. :rotfl:

Of course, I just ordered stuff to make a homemade FE gift, so I better get cracking on my crafts. ;)

Myself and my DH just booked this week this being our first cruise. We are going to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. None of our friends can understand why we would book a Disney Cruise with no kids (Leaving them home) but having several past trips to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, etc., no one does anything better than Disney. Counting the days!!!!

Welcome Disney Silver......I am bringing kids but I cant wait for the first Disney trip without kids (LOL) so no one here will think you are silly!

We all just joined the YMCA to see if we can lose a few pounds before the trip....the kids are really active but I spend my time in teh car driving them around.

Hopefully this will help

Love seeing all the first posters on this thread!! Ths is how I got started on these boards too. I was researching and reading trip reports. And as you can see I am quite chatting by my number of posts. :lmao:

:welcome: DisneySilver and Can't-Wait -to cruise.

Thank you all for the welcome. It looks like we have a really fun and friendly group. :goodvibes Does anyone have any suggestions for "Must Do's" for first time Disney Cruisers? There seems to be so much to choose from I really don't know where to start :confused3

Welcome aboard. My son will be 11.5 years old so hopefully the 2 boys can connect.

Whereabouts in Alberta? My Mom's family is from the Lethbridge area.

Take a few minutes and read through the early thread so learn more about Fish Extenders and other thigns like that

Welcome! And YAY! another toddler! My daughter will be 2 on this cruise and I was starting to get worried that she wouldn't have other kids her age to play with (probably a silly worry, I admit).

We're not moms if we don't worry about something. ;)

Loved reading all the threads & glad there will be plenty of kids around my 9 year old sons age. Still so much to plan, didn't realize there would be so much involved. We are pretty excited & can't believe that we will finally be on our first cruise! :)

A Big Welcome to all the new cruisers joining this thread!

Starting to get excited now, I did not want to allow myself in case we had to move the cruise date again...We actually should have been sailing today:sad1: but I know we will all have a great time in 3 months!. January works out better for the kids missing school anyway.

I booked motel rooms today and now need to book airfare. Looks like we will be driving to Minneapolis again..8 hr drive but this saves us $1500-$2000 in airfare. I can definately find better use for that money!

Anyone have excursions planned out yet? I am undecided on what to do since this is our first Eastern.

I got my fish extender today, love it - as soon as I figure out how to post photos, I will. :cheer2:

Also, put together my first FE gift tonight. It took me 2 hours, but I'm hoping that with a prototype, the rest will go quicker! :rolleyes1

Thanks for the welcome! :)

We are from Okotoks which is a 15 minute drive south of Calgary. I'm sure my son would love to connect with your son! I will definatly check out the Fish Extenders although I don't have a clue what it is all about at this point. :confused3
