I was hoping we would reach 100 pages by today.

I must go and feed the children. I think it is the combination of treats and time change but something has electrified them. I have tried to hide their treats but then found they found away around that trick.

I will try to check back before bed time. I hope everyone had a good Sunday.

Let's hope it is Great Monday tomorrow and a wonderful code comes our way.

Well, it's still early here. Although it's getting (gulp) dark!! It's not even 5! I'll be checking in after dinner and kids' bedtimes. If others come back tonight, we could do it!. Well, probably tomorrow with all the code watching.

At the Eating fish at the Coral Reef I had never thought of it that way!! That is too funny...I had read somewhere that someone was afraid to eat bacon in front of Piglet...I'm going to have to think on that one too LOL

That's exactly why my D doesn't want to eat at Coral Reef (aside from the fact that she doesn't like fish that much ). "Mom, don't you think it's a little weird to eat the fish while they're watching you??"

On the other hand, I love seafood, but I also think it's a bit weird. No Coral Reef for us.

That turkey is the cutest thing! My daughter's school mascot is a turkey (!) and it's rare to see cute ones...

Hope everyone is doing well. I had a fright this morning with an e-mail from Northwest that my flights changed (again). Luckily it only looks like 20 minutes each way, so I can live with that. I'm so paranoid - last trip my airline ceased operations...

I got an email from NWA too! My flight was moved 20 minutes earlier! Not too bad. Better than later. Now we arrive at 5 p.m. Still enough time to go out to DTD and eat!

NWA moved my flight, too - half an hour later. Instead of leaving at 9pm, we're leaving at 9:30 and getting in a hair after midnight. Yeehaw.

Must be their quarterly flight updating or something!!

We had a busy October. It was DD's birthday, she had a big birthday bash, Halloween and our dog passed away due to acute renal failure . Added on top is a ton of work stress.

I would appreciate some positive reinforcement from the fellow snowbirds to help ease my stress and calm me down!

You and your family are in my thoughts. Three weeks ago we had to put our 15 year old dog down for multiple reasons. We've had her since we were married, and our son didn't know life without her. It was rough. It'll get better!

Dinner is finally over. I will be making a new dessert tonight. Cooking is not my forte so we will see how it goes.

Good luck with your dessert. I love baking. Much more than cooking (like meals etc). That's partly because my family is picky eaters and I am more adventurous!

Hope everybody had a nice Sunday. I for some reason am feeling a bit out of sorts and have been a little blue today, so I'm hoping for better things tomorrow. Can't wait to put the kiddos in bed and start fresh.

I've definitely been Disney dreamin' today! I think the early darkness and seeing all the leaves about to drop off the trees has me dreading winter...all the more reason to visit WDW in January, right??

Maybe you're feeling off today because of the time change and the let down after Halloween!? I felt like napping this afternoon. Couldn't - too many kids around and it was WAY too nice outside. January is the BEST time to visit WDW - it's so dreary and cold (at least in MN) we need to break it up. Here's some to help! Let's hope for a GREAT CODE tomorrow!

Well, some of you may remember (about 100 pages ago or so ) that I was considering cancelling our Jan. trip due to the economy. I told DH about it. He said, "For what it's worth, I think you should go. It may be the last trip with DD [sophomore in college] and you've put this off for a couple of years already." And he's not even going with us! So despite the misgivings, we're going!

Now if we could just get a code . . .

I'm not a big seafood fan, so I'm ordering chicken when we go. I just really like the idea of eating there, probably because they eat there on the Disney World episode of Full House.

So cute, my DS3 just came to me with his Hidden Mickeys book and is all chatty about our last trip to WDW...especially the time we were left in the dust by our bus back to AKL from Epcot in the chilly pouring rain (it was last Jan.)

He loves maps these days so he keeps pointing out stuff on the resort map. It's hilarious because he's guessing at most of it. Too cute!

Trying to help get us to 100!! Thanks to those who've gobbled me. I've tried and tried to get it to work but I have failed!! I can get the square showing there is a pic but the pic won't show! I'm going to have to get my hubby on it later after the kids go down. There's one clock in my house that I haven't changed and that's what we're going with tonight for bedtimes! Hopefully they'll be down within the next hour (YEAH RIGHT!!!). A girl can dream, can't she... please oh please let mama get some sleep!

If it's any consolation, we got to our resort around 1:00 am last time and we were given the most amazing room... Here's hoping the same thing for you....
