January 2009 ADR Wanted/Trade/Exchange/Cancelled

Well, we got all the ADRs we wanted for the times we wanted. Maybe that means the parks will be empty.

Don't forget January Disers - LTT will have characters the 1st-4th. Last Friday there was still availability on the 4th.

Is anyone else excited that the crowds seem fairly low? I've never been in January before and I'm so excited at the thought of short wait times.

I keep hearing there are smaller crowds but I keep thinking of when we went in Jan 2007. Some of the waits were 50-60 minutes. Soarin was over 2 hours. I am not sure where the small crowds were. BUT this year I know more about Fast Passes I also am going to try some of Tourguidemikes advice. Hope I see smaller crowds this time!

I also was able to get everything I wanted WHEN I wanted including CRT which I cancelled after long consideration. I rebooked to 1900 Park Fare and Whispering Canyon with no problem at all!

I am trying to "shift" my trip by a few days, but now find I can't get an ADR for Mama Melrose Fantasmic dinner package on 1/26 - already sold out I am so disappointed, especially because I was told that reservations would not be released until 10/25 and they released them early. Anyone have a ADR for this date they don't want or need that I can have. My party is for 3 (2 ADULT + a kid). Thanks!!!!

OK, we have shifted our travel dates. We have a dinning reservation for 2 adults +1 kid for 1/22 at Mama Melrose Fantastic Dinner package @ 3:40, which we can't use, but now need for Monday jan 26. I was told since there is only 1 show per night, the dinner packages are only being offered between 3:30 and 4:40 on those dates. Anyone want to trade???? I can also trade H&V on 1/26 @ 3:50. PM me if you can do this!!! Thanks

OK, I just cancelled our reservations (party of 3) for Mama Melrose on 1/22/09 and again for Hollywood and Vine on 1/26/09. We shifted our dates, and now want, but can't get the Fantasmic package on 1/26. Having reservations that we weren't going to use made me uneasy, especially thinking that someone might be trying to get them, just like we are trying for the package on 1/26 so we cancelled. If anyone can use them, I would call CRO today. If anyone can help me get the Fantasmic package on 1/26 please send me a PM. Thanks.

I have booke a premium wishes cruise for January 15. It is 1 hour and takes you out to Bay Lake to watch the fireworks and the sound is piped into the boat. If you have never done it it is awesome.
