I just wondering what was funny about that post. If Janet Reno herself or someone in her family happened to read it, I don't think they would find any humor in it at all. It would probally hurt her/their feelings and I didn't think that is what this board is about.

Did he say her looks were ugly, or that she is, Caity? Janet has a very sour attitude, one I don't believe she realizes she has. To me that's funny when people don't realize that about themselves. However, Jason might've meant her looks, but his popping up with this thread just made me laugh.

Is Goldengate's personal attack against Jason funny? No. Since she attacked him personally for saying it, I'm waiting for her to insult the rest of us that agreed with him too.

c2, I get the impression that its okay to tell someone they're ugly if they're a public figure but how dare someone tell another face to face (or pc to pc) that they're unattractive.

I agree with goldengate. Some posters do post such childish things its hard to believe they're adults. (Note: this is not intended for anyone in particular. Just an observation.)
