Janet Jackson - Will anyone buy the CD?

Personally, I buy very few CD's because of the high cost of them, however I just am curious if anyone will buy or not buy this CD because of the Super bowl incident.

Apparently she was on Letterman yesterday and didn't want to talk about anything BUT her new CD. She called the Superbowl flashing incident an accident.

Won't buy it because I don't particularly care for Janet Jackson's music in general. If I was a fan, the Super Bowl thing wouldn't make me not buy it.

Once I hear some of the songs I might buy. I do like her music and have some of her other cd's. The superbowl thing has been done to death. Bad judgement on her part but its time to move on.

I LOVE Janet! I don't buy CDs because I get free music but I would buy hers if I didn't JUST BECAUSE.

It's amazing how Justin Timberlake is not as ostracized as she is.

i think it is just silly when people dont buy music because of something that happens. it is just like the dixie chicks and the thing that one of them said about the president. you can like the person or not like the person based on their actions, but what that has nothing to do with their talent. i will continue to listen to janet jackson despite of what happenned as i do with the dixie chicks. to do so otherwise would be just ridiculous

No. I think Janet is a beautiful, talented lady.

I just don't share her "taste" in music.

If I was a fan of hers, I would buy it.

Same here, if I was a fan of her music I would buy it, but I like some of her stuff, not all, so i probably won't buy it. The Superbowl incident woudn't change my mind. First of all, I wasn't even sure of what I saw on the SB. I saw more on all the news shows that had to keep replaying (and in slow motion no less) then I did on the actual show.

I'm not going to buy her cd but that's only because I haven't liked her music for the past few years. I think the last JJ cd I liked was Rhythm Nation.
