Jana's before and during

Okay, I just noticed this change in myself (there is probably 100lb difference) between these two photos. The first was taken in May 2005 as I waited for a Duck Tour in Miami. The second was taken in June as I prepared to attend a wedding (and it was freezing cold that day!)

I was shocked! (Sorry I don't know how to adjust the size of the pictures!)

Thank you so much everyone! It helps me to hear what other people think because I haven't completely wrapped my brain around this new me yet!

I don't look much different now. This darn foot has kept me out of the gym so I've only lost about ten pounds since that picture was taken. It's slow going without exercise.

I think I have about 40 pounds to go. I can't wait to see that picture.

Thanks again! You guys are awesome! I'm not sure I would have made it without the WISH boards!
