I have points available W/ home resort priority at SSR, OKW and BCV. I am selling them at $11 per point. I have references and a contract I have used in the past.

Terms:
Payments / Deposits:
10% due within two weeks of reservation confirmation the reservation confirmation letter from DVC will be forwarded to the tenant.
40% of the funds 120 days before the trip,
50% Balance is due by 60 days before check in date, if payment is made by electronic transfer via PayPal.com, money order, or cashier's check. DVC member cannot accept credit card payment via PayPal.com.
If payment is made by personal check, check must be received 75 days prior.
Cancellation and Refunds:
In the event of a cancellation at the request of tenant, up to and through 30 days prior to check in, the tenant has the same options as DVC member (i.e. cancellation on the day of arrival forfeits the points to Disney... cancellation within the last 30 days puts the points into a holding account where you would have to reschedule them within 60 days or forfeit them to Disney... cancellation at greater than 30 days from the reservation's original date of arrival allows you to rebook the points anytime before they expire on the following Nov. 30th, based on availability). As this requires additional assistance from DVC owner there is a $25 administrative fee for subsequent booking
