I am really starting to feel sorry for these guys. They have to do all this work and their US counterparts...business as usual.

OK... now the site for restrictions has been updated...and they even have pictures demonstrating how big your purse and laptop bag can be.

Stand by for new updates soon Ha! Ha! Ha!

I find this info really helpful. I agree it's nuts that we have all these restrictions and domestic flights within the US (and for that matter, domestic flights in Canada) don't, but at least its now clear.

If only other countries would be as clear. We're flying back from Costa Rica through the US this winter, and I have no idea what we might be allowed to bring as carry on on that flight.

Thank you for posting! It is much better laid out and demonstrated with the photos and the note that kids and men can have a "personal bag" as well.

NOw it seems like we are all good for the flight in March.

So, I'm interpreting these instructions that I will be allowed to take my small laptop case and camera in case (as this would fall under small purse or pouch).

Is this correct? I am okay to take both?
