Jan 16, 2006 - Which Park?

We arrive in Florida on January 14th. After a couple nights with relatives, we'll be arriving at WDW at around noon on the 16th. What would be the best park to head to first? We're planning on a full day at MK on the 17th. Thanks!

With a noon arrival I'd go to Epcot. It has a 9pm closing whereas AK closes at 5pm and MGM closes at 7pm. That way you can hop back to Epcot on your AK day (since the park closes early and you have time for more touring) to catch anything you may have missed or re-ride your favorites.

I agree with Cleo, I'd head to Epcot for the rest of the day and end the night with Illuminations.

We will be at Epcot on the 16th. That is the last day of our vacation. It shouldn't be that crowded since it is not EMH.

The 16th is our last full day, too, but we're going to be crazy and go to the Magic Kingdom. We always begin and end our trips at this park, so we'll just suffer through it with the masses on holiday.

How do you find out the hours ahead of time? So far I have planned our days according to our Ressies but if I know the hours I may change that.
