Jan 09 Room only Deal?

Is there any kind of discount in Jan 09 if you cannot stay 7 nights. We will be there a few days before and 2 days after our disney cruise and need a deal for those few days....any help would be much appreciated!

I got a deal of $49 night at POP with my AP-- or a AAA deal maybe?
Other than those 2 and the 4/3 deal--- I haven't seen any

I'm in the same boat- I'm staying 2 nights prior to cruise and 1 night after. I have an AAA discount, but hoping for a better rate, so I can upgrade to a deluxe.
