James MacArthur dies.

I noticed that James MacArthur died yesterday. I really enjoyed his early Disney movies Third Man on the Mountain, Kidnapped and Swiss Family Robinson.

A couple of weeks ago I was watching the 2-dvd set of Swiss Family Robinson. On the bonus disc there is a really interesting inteview with James re the making of the movie and his experiences working for Walt. I've had this dvd set since it came out some years ago, but I don't know that I had ever watched this feature. Highly recommended for Dis-ers who enjoy this facet of Disney history. He was talented and comes across as a decent guy.

I have watched the interview on the 2nd disc a few times. It is a very good look behind the scenes of the movie. We just finished watching the 9th season of Hawaii Five-0 last week.
