Jambo July 26-28th

I am currently booked at Jambo Savanah View Studio the 26th-28th of July. Debating leaving it and seeing what Disney decides to do with it, or changing to something else myself.

From what I have been reading on other threads, at least for late June/early July, they are rebooking Jambo and trying to get them into Kidani. I don't remember if these were cash or DVCI guess Jambo will be closed at that time. I don't know what will happen in late July. If you can change it, I would. Cuts down on the hassle of dealing with Disney.

If you are going to be okay being moved to wherever they can move you, then I’d say leave.

I do believe it should be open but if want a choice I’d move while you can find something still there

Yeah my issue i just realized is there are some one time use points in there and I can't get through to them on the phone number. Will keep trying to call but if I can't get through I'm at there mercy .

I had been dealing with the busy signal for 2 days, too (different issue). I had just been trying to call every so often throughout the days, I finally just sat and hit redial over and over.... 25 times until I got a ring. Then a 40 minute wait that was really 55 and then a 30 minute hold for some pixie dust. I'm very happy with the result, but goodbye Sunday!

Yeah my issue i just realized is there are some one time use points in there and I can't get through to them on the phone number. Will keep trying to call but if I can't get through I'm at there mercy .

In the same boat. Have July 18 & 19 of a split stay in a Value 1 br at Jambo House using OTU points.

I think I may just wait and see what happens when Disney calls me. A room for more points would be problematic since I‘m already over 50% borrowing of that contract because of our February trip. Doubt they’ll waive that rule for me. Guess I could shave off a day. With those 2 nights, we have an 11 night stay in 3 resorts, so losing one won’t be the end of the world.

Thats my plan too. I am waiting for the notification. Hoping they will just give me the same room at Kidani or better somewhere else, but I don't want to spend more points.
