Arriving on 11/4 and was wondering if anyone has any insights on how Jiko is looking? It's my favorite place on property and feeling a little sad there hasn't been any word on it at all! Thanks everyone!

Are the resort activities happening? Marshmallow roasts, crafts and fireside stories, outdoor movies, sessions in the room off the lobby?

When we stayed in August (right before Jambo opened) they had marshmallow roasting over at Kidani. Crafts and movies were also available.

The Jambo House Grand Villa is one floor, thats where we will be. Kidani has the two floor Grand Villas.

You're going to love the GV at Jambo! It's amazing. You know you are living when you have a pool table in your villa!! Hope you get a nice view. The deck/balcony is enormous with a GV. Our crew spent many a morning with coffee and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the giraffes! Enjoy.

Yes, the store is open. I have no news or speculation about Jiko opening yet.
