Any updates on when Jaleo by José Andrés at Disney Springs will be opening and taking reservations?

Haven’t heard but I’m looking forward to it too. The website says “coming soon.” You can sign up for emails on their site and it lets you select your preferred location including Disney Springs, so maybe they’ll send out some info that way at some point.

Since it is still under construction and the roof isn't even done yet, I suspect it won't open until the end of 2018 or early 2019. The way things move I would be leaning more towards early 2019.

Based on the pace of construction of the new Wolfgang Puck's restaurant and the replacement for Portobello Yacht Club, I would say mid 2019 at the earliest.

I didn't know Jose Andres was bringing a restaurant to Disney Springs!!! This will be a must-do for me once it's open. I have so much respect for that man.

I haven't heard when its opening, but wanted to give my plug for an amazing Chef and Restauranteur. We're lucky enough to live in his home base of DC and his restaurants are phenomenal. Because of this we won't be doing the Disney Springs restaurant, but I'm so thrilled to hear more of the country will get to partake in his amazing food.
