Word on the street was that Jack would be dressed for the first time in his Sandy Claws costume at DLP for the Christmas duration...I heard about this maybe a month back, and really haven't heard anything since...

That being said, this afternoon on Facebook a lengthy synopsis of the Chirstmas festivities was posted...in French:
- Jack Skellington et Sally resteront à leur actuelle photolocation. Mais Jack devrait revêtir son costume de "Perce oreilles" ^^

And when I clicked translate, this is what I got:
Jack Skellington and Sally will remain at their current photolocation. But Jack should take his "Pierced ears" costume ^^

What does that mean? Pierced ears costume? Just a bad translation?

Wasn't there the same rumour last year though? I remember reading it then being really disappointed when we saw him in his normal outfit. Hope it is true this year for you though x

It was just a rumour last year, but this year it is mentioned in the official Christmas Press Release

I just hope its an organised queue.....it wasxa free for all with Jack and Sally until FINALLLY a system was set up for Halloween night (with sometimes only one doing the meet and greet!). Chaos and had to try several attempts to meet them :-/

We were really surprised that there was never a queue for jack when we went in December last year x

When we were there 2 weeks ago they had a great queue set up for Jack and Sally, though she wasn't there very often. We met several times, they were amazing....I hope Sandy Claws is just as good. eeekkk!

Ooooh kids have just watched NBC over Halloween so they would love to see Jack as Sandy Claws! Do you think he will still be there when we go? We arrive on the 5th Jan and I believe the Christmas stuff (apart from FC himself) is continuing up to the 6th Jan?

I hope he will still be there then, as that is when DW and I arrive at DLP , and we both want to experience the last two days of the Christmas season and want to meet him too.

Well I now have a new ticker, and since this trip is about 95% based on seeing Sandy Claws, lets hope he shows.

And since it's already booked, even if he doesn't show, we'll have no choice but to go anyway.
