Jack & Sally listed on the app today.... is this normal?

I noticed that Jack and Sally were listed on the app today. Do they pop up after Halloween during the holidays? I did a search and it seems like they’re sporadic.

They are pretty much there as long as Haunted Mansion Holiday is open, both during Halloween and Christmas season.
