I bought one of the NEW PANNIDO sandwiches at Jack in the Box today 8/28. It was Fantastic!! It cost $4.95. But it came with a sticker on the package take a JIB Survey[limited time only] if you qualify and get $7.00 cash in 6 to 8 weeks. You need the code from the sticker.
I blew one sticker by choosing my Dd's age under 18. 25 to 34 worked. 45 to 54 worked and 35 to 44 worked.
I also think you need to have paid for the sandwich yourself.
I chose drive-up window and then ate in the car, ate at home and ate at work.
After that it is just opinions about the sandwich.
At the end you enter your name, address,zip to send the money to. I used 5 different family members name but same address. So,I'll see if they send all 5.
I Bought 5 sandwich's for $21.00, 5 x $7.00=$35.00
