Jack and Sally during Halloween Time

Will Jack and Sally be out for meet and greets durin regular park hours, or are they only out for the Mickeys Halloween Party?

NBC is my 3 year-olds all time favorite movie, so I would love for her to be able to meet them. But if I can save some money by not buyin MHP tickets, I'd love that even more.

Last year they were out during regular hours by the HM. Near the FP machines.
At times it was only Jack and other times it was both Jack and Sally.

As Geemo said, Jack and/or Sally are available during regular park hours over by the Haunted Mansion. Lately they've been out by where the FP machines used to be located (between the HM and the train station). They're usually available from the start of HalloweenTime through New Year (basically when Haunted Mansion Holiday is running). Jack is more common than Sally, but they do occasionally meet together. I'm pretty sure they don't start meeting guests until mid-morning (at least I don't recall seeing either of them out first thing in the morning).

I don't know that the FastPass machines have been removed, but in any case, hear they are at the entrance to that area:

If you hear Jack say that Sally has "to pull herself together", he isn't far from the truth. So, Sally may appear with Jack in every other set of their meet 'n greets.

I just said "where they used to be" because they haven't distributed FP in a while. They didn't run the machines last year and the gates remained closed. The machines might still be in there (I haven't looked).

They were over by Haunted Mansion all day last fall. They took breaks to "feed Zero" but were there for long periods of time.

Very cute poses too! Creative duo.

Also--the line isn't bad at all. Maybe because it's a little off the beaten path, but the line was small.
