I've got the Disney store blues

So many times I see stuff I would like to buy. I keep eyeing a Mickey iPad case. And today I see a watch and a necklace I really like. Plus a backpack I forever debate about on sale.

If only Disney would offering free - or even cheaper! - shipping to Canada... I wish they would realize how much more in sales they would get from Canadians. :sad2:

I remember a post at the end of last year, or beginning of this year, in which Disney actually offered free shipping. I couldn't make a purchase then, as I just had before Christmas. I had hoped Disney was going to make that pernament. (sigh)

Trust me I know what you mean. Unless I'm buying a bunch of things I won't. I won't buy one item and pay $39.50 shipping. I also hate that even if I spend $100 I STILL get the $39.50 charge for shipping!

When they did the ONE free shipping weekend for Canadians I mostly wanted a SHIRT but found a few other things. Turn around and Monday they e-mail me to say NO SHIRT cause it was magically out of stock. I was quite mad. The shirt is still out of stock but I was able to secure FREE SHIPPING for my next order because of it.

The Disney Movie Club operates out of Ontario and ships from there. Why can't the DisneyStore.com do the same? Since our local Disney Store closed last year I've had to buy my Disney stuff from Walmart! :scared1: Not what I want at all!

And I find the Disney stuff at Walmart is not very good, varied or ENOUGH compared to the States.

I'm really hoping when Target finally opens stores that we will get the same Disney items as our US friends.

Now I want those 4 new release t-shirts! The Donald Duck for me, Goofy for my husband, Mickey for our son, and Minnie for our daughter. Love them!

I think we should all start a writing campaign to the Disney Store to bring free shipping to Canada! :lmao:

Seriously, I am going to write an e-mail to a couple of different Disney e-mail address. I want to purchase stuff.

Just let us know the email addresses and I am right behind you. I miss our Moncton Nb store. Nd that ws BEFORE we started gong to dw. I adore the new Tangled and princess swimsuits. Way better than last years! Dd is modest and doesn't like bikinis. Any ideas when Target is due to start opening? I had never thought about the Disney apparel they might carry. Can't stand Walmart made clothing. So hard to find anything Tangled around here!

Well now, of course neither of our 2 Zellers were chosen. Guess it will be fun to visit when in Charlottetown.
