Personal Disney themed drones (eg Buzz lightyear etc.) You could video or elevate your kid above the crowd.

I think this should work and make everyone happy and there should be no issues whatsoever

That is the one thing that doesn't bother me. IPADS, selfie sticks are annoying. I don't mind kids getting views to see.
