I've got a weakness for the villains!

I have always loved a good villain and in some cases like them better than the hero. I am curious about what villains are usually out and about during the Halloween season. Do you have to go to the TOT to see them or are they wandering the parks? I also really want to have a photo with Jack Skellington, are he and Sally usually around this time of year?

We went last Oct. I also love the villains. We saw them everywhere randomly between the two parks. Jck and Sally hung around the HM (from what I remember) and also did pics and autographs outside there too.

I have seen Cruella de Vil on Main Street.

Cruella is out a lot, we usually see her on Main Street. The Evil Queen is out sometimes in FL but we've only seen her a time or two. At the ToT party we saw Lady Tremaine and her daughters but no other villans. We were bummed by that.

Here is just a taste of who is there during Halloweentime (the two daytime pictures are in DCA and the nighttime one is at the TOTP):

Now, Cruella was roaming around the TOTP, as were Captain Hook and I THINK, Maleficent, but we didn't see them. We only heard they were there. We did see the Wicked Stepsisters and Lady T, however. Since Jack Sparrow was removed from DLR before the holiday season last year, I wonder fi they will bring him back as a villain' for the TOTP. I would like to get a picture with him where my eyes are NOT closed!!!!

We saw the old lady/hag from Snow White at DCA a couple years back. They had a meet and greet set up near Golden Dreams, but since that's not there anymore, not sure if they would move it somewhere else?

Last year wandering the parks I saw the evil witch & evil Queen from Snow White during October. I saw the evil Queen in March of this year outside of the Snow White ride.

Also saw the guy above in the first picture, not sure who he is! Saw the Queen of Hearts this month. I have never seen Jack Skellington, that would be very cool. I think the Hitchhiking Ghosts would be fun. Since they seem to be doing a little more this year for the Halloween season, maybe we'll see more characters.

Sherry, you have the BEST luck with characters!! I don't know what it was but our first ToT party was so non character filled, seriously, we saw Lady Tremayne and her daughters and that was it!
Hopefully this year we will see more!

I wish I could remember the column I read on MiceAge that said that TDA is planning on having more characters in the parks this year for Halloween. I'm pretty sure it was one of Al's... and personally I tend to believe what Al Lutz says. He's usually pretty accurate and somehow seems to know about these things before they actually happen.

Last year during Halloween time the area around the Hyperion Theatre seemed to be the "in" spot for villains.

The Evil Queen from Snow White was there, Frollo from Hunchback, Don Karnage from Tail Spin, Ratcliff from Pocahontas, the Queen of Hearts, the Big Bad Wolf and I once even saw Prince John.

We saw Cruella, Bowler Hat Guy and Queen of Hearts roaming the TOT party. Hook was with Peter Pan and Wendy at the Pirates photo stop (sometimes also solo), switching with Captain Jack.

I had heard rumors of Maleficent too, but we never saw her.

They may have a list available during Halloweentime, but we were tipped off last year by one of our PhotoPass photgraphers that "many of the evil people" can be found in the Hollywood Backlot area during the day, during Halloweentime, all up and down the street and around corners. She was right. We JUST missed Sulley - we saw him leaving his post on the street to go back inside and cool off (it was hot in that costume), but we saw the ones in my pictures above (Frollo, Don Karnage, Queen of Hearts, etc.) at different points in the afternoon, way back in the Hollywood area. I think there were other villains in DCA in the daytime too, but we kept missing them.

There were a bunch of other, non-villain characters at the TOTP, but for one reason or other, either my friend didn't want to wait in the line for most of them or they were in another area of DCA from where we were and we saw them as they were leaving the photo stations. My friend was willing to wait for Jack Sparrow, however, and I made her stand in the line for Woody and the Green Army Men! I would have loved to get in something with Cruella and Maleficent. Oh - and not only was Captain Hook somewhere in the TOTP, but Jafar was roaming around too.

Last October we saw Cruella 2x (once was just as you pass under the bridge onto Main Street, can't remember where the 2nd time was).
The Evil Queen & the stepsisters were at the Golden Dreams Theatre during the TOT party & the Bowler Hat Guy was wandering around as well.
We ran into Cptn Jack in New Orleans Square (heard he was also over by the Farmers Market, Pacific Warf Cafe area during the TOT party as well).
Jack & Sally were out in NOS as well over by the Haunted Mansion. THAT was one of the highlights of my trip!!!!
There were quite a few villians out in DCA during the day (many in the photopass location in Sherry E's pics) but I don't know what their names are other than the Queen Of Hearts. I have pics but I couldn't tell you who they are! lol
If I think of anyone else, I'll add them later.
I'd like to know if you can get a list from City hall too! That would be great!

My DH and I think Gaston from Beauty and The Beast is a great villain but you just don't see enough of him. He's so narcisistic that it's funny and we don't see enough of him. I wish Disney would do more with him! Anybody else a fan?
