Is the Railroad operating during parades? We'll be arriving mid afternoon on our first day and plan to head to MK but we'll likely arrive around 3pm when the afternoon parade is starting, can we hop on the railroad at the entrance to get to Frontierland while the parade is going on so we'd be able to ride Splash Mountain and BTMR?
