Okay, here's some info you may need when reviewing my ressies: We're not going to park hop this year  so we'll be eating in whatever park we're in that day. Also, we're bringing our two year old niece along so we have to do some (okay, most) meals with her in mind.

So, here we go:

Sept 7th: Disney Hollywood Studios Day
8:15am - Play n Dine (TS)
Counter Service is up in the air, but here's what I'm considering:
Lunch at Fairfax Fare or Studio Catering in DHS or a Late Dinner at Wolfgang Puck Express in DD
6:05pm - 50's Prime Time Cafe (TS)
* First time for us for any of these restaurants

Sept 8th: Animal Kingdom Day
Breakfast en suite (sounds better than pop tarts in the room, doesn't it?)
Lunch - Yak n Yeti (CS)
8:35pm - Ohana (TS) (absolute favorite restaurant, must do every year!)

Sept 9th: Magic Kingdom Day
Breakfast - Main Street Bakery (S)
Lunch - Cosmic Rays Starlight Cafe (CS)
8:30pm - ESPN Zone - OOP Dinner Saints vs. Vikings WHO DAT!!!

Sept 10th: EPCOT Day
Breakfast in room
Lunch - Sunshine Seasons (CS)
8:15pm - Akershus (TS)

Sept 11th: Pick a Park Day
Breakfast in room
We plan on going to whatever park we didn't get enough of on this day and getting a Counter Service there.
7:25pm - 1900 Park Fare (TS) a new Must Do on our list

The only snack I must have is the sweet cream filled pretzel. Anyone know where I can get that?

All comments are welcome!!!

All sound great except Hollywood & Vine - this is absolutely the worst place we've ever eaten in WDW! Your neice will probably love it, though, if she knows those characters. If she doesn't, I highly recommend Crystal Palace. The buffet is really good, and the experience is much better.

Wolfgang Puck pizza is AWESOME!!

You are going to have a great time!!

Thanks for your response Wendy.

I have been reading some reviews and I'm really beginning to doubt the Play n Dine reservation. I haven't seen any favorable reviews.

I guess its back to the drawing board. :headache:

Seconding what Wendy said about Hollywood & Vine. It was our least favorite restaurant from our last trip and I would not do it again. If you're looking for a character breakfast, I'd recommend Chef Mickey's, Akershus, Tusker House, Cape May or Crystal Palace.

ETA: Since you'll be at Hollywood Studios that day and are not hopping several of those choices are out. Try for Cape May, 1900 Park Fare or Chef Mickey's since they are in resort hotels.

There are some decent reviews at allears.

I have an adr for the breakfast in September. We aren't doing park hoppers, I want a shot at riding Toy Story Mania without a huge line, and dd wants to see JoJo. I figure, how badly can they screw up Mickey waffles?:scared1:

Thanks Laurin and Michele

I am thinking I'll have to keep our Play n Dine ressies and hope for the best.

I really want to be at DHS for rope drop to make the mad dash for TSM. Lauryn really loves that ride! And that is the only day we have planned for DHS and although I have tried to work it out to try to be in two places at one time, its just not working out in my plans. :teleport:

Thanks for your help. And Michele, thanks for your reassurances. The reviews on allears really helped to calm some fears.

I noticed that most of your dinners are late in the evening. Is your 2 year old niece used to eating/being up this late?

Plan for rest breaks and down time in the middle of the day. It will still be very hot, there's a lot of extra stimulation being in WDW and the changes in her daily routine make it hard on many toddlers.

Hi Kim!

The reason we choose to do late dinners is that last year we were back in the room by 8pm every night and she was jumping off the walls... overstimulation! Even when she's home, she takes a nap around 11am and then she's up until atleast 11 at night. So, we figured if we have late dinners this year it will at least calm her down and she'll either fall asleep on the way or when we get back to the room.

Of course, this could blow up in our faces, but with kids you can never tell what's going to happen. :confused3

who Dat? Dat's the Steelers:cheer2:

ESPN tends to get busy in the evenings, especially when it's football in America nights;)might want to consider arriving a bit earlier for dinner
