How long is your trip? Are you on a DDP? Do you have park hoppers? It's your first trip, do you really want to spend most of your day eating? I would suggest 1 TS per day, maybe 2 once or twice or you'll miss a lot of park time. Have you looked at the menus to see what appeals to your families tastes? menus are at: http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningmain.cfm

Just wanted to let you know that those places you've already chosen can be also be used for Lunch or Dinner.

Coral Reef in Epcot is a great place for Lunch or Dinner. The full wall aquarium should be quite the spectacle for your little ones!

narcoosees - beautiful setting, great view, excellent food and service

crab cakes, lobster, and the most amazing dessert: almond crusted cheesecake! (worth the visit alone!!!)

Are you planning on doing the fantasmic dinner plan? If so, you can book the Hollywood & Vine or Mama Melrose for dinner with priority seating for the Fantasmic Show. We did this last year at Hollywood and Vine. Then we got right in to our seats for Fantasmic, otherwise people wait in line for up to 2 hours just to get a seat for the show. Read up on it on these boards or elsewhere. It is something that many new visitors don't know much about!
