Okay, Beth and I exchanged a couple PMs and I asked her to please take a break if she felt she needed one, but not to make any concrete final decisions right this second. . . and she agreed that was good advice and she would do that. . .

And I'd like to make just a general comment for everyone- if something is upsetting you, please just take a few minutes and drop the WMs or one of us mods a note and let us know about it. . while we might not always agree with your perspective, we're not going to get upset about it, and most problems are due to a simple misunderstanding or lack of communication. . .

Not saying that people don't have a right to question things here on the boards; I've done it before myself. . but I just know from experience it's almost always easier to get things worked out with PMs before it turns into a public confrontation. . .


Beth; take all the time you need and come back if and when you feel ready. .
