I'm new here so what is all this tagged and booed stuff?

A 'tag' is a phrase that the mysterious tag fairy leaves for you. If you look at someone's name (not mine ) and you see a phrase or a series of phrases under it, those are 'tags'. As for booing, I will PM you with a boo.
