How can you access other countries iTunes store?

I have a song I want to purchase some songs from iTunes stores around the world. Can I access it?

I am pulling together a song list for my global sales meeting in January. And I would like to check out their top charts and things to see what's hot in other regions as we will have people from all over the world.

Anyone know how to do this?

Short of being able to have the purchases billed to a foreign account and/or having some way to connect from a foreign IP address, no.
