itunes issue

i just went to sign into itunes and got an error massage that my ID has been disabled for security reasons. there is no link to try to fix it, i sent them an email but this just isn't fair. my dd JUST redeemed a GC last night and now we can't access it.

has anyone else run into this? how did you fix it?

Did someone possibly mis-type the password when trying to log in? I know the account locks out after so many attempts. If that's the case you may just need to wait a bit and try again. It usually only locks the account for a brief period of time.

That was the only situation I could think of that might've caused it as well. I know I've never experienced this situation myself with iTunes, but goodness knows it's happened with countless other programs. Good luck!

Probably the password issue already mentioned. Check when you try to log in - I use my AOL screen name as my log in, but it always checks off Apple ID as a default and I don't realize it until I've keyed in my password at least twice.
