I'm having some Syncing problems with iTunes and I'd like to reinstall it. I'm afraid to do this though, because I have a lot of songs and Apps that I've already bought and downloaded that I don't want to get lost. Does anyone know how to reinstall iTunes without losing all of my data? Any help is greatly appreciated!

When you download music to your computer, the songs aren't actually stored in iTunes, but rather a music file on your hard drive. As long as you don't delete the music folder, your music will be safe. I'm not quite sure on the Apps. However; iTunes will let you re-download any apps for free. I think they allow it once before they charge you a second time. You will have to contact them so they can give you credit.

Couple of things to check before downloading iTunes again is to check for updates to iTunes, and make sure your iPod software is up to date. This may solve some of the syncing issues.

I forgot to ask, what kind of syncing issues are you having? May be in your settings as well. Just might be a few adjustments to your settings that need to be changed.
