We have three kids and only one knows about our trip (our oldest). I've been hiding it from the youngest two, b/c we're going right after Christmas. So, this is their gift this year. But it's getting harder and harder to get the planning done and all of the little dollar spot goodies bought lately. My middle child is asking why there's a map on the desk, why I'm reading on the computer where Lilo is on the screen...
I have really worked SO HARD to make this trip full of magic, that I don't want them to find out accidently. Os, I headed over to Hobby Lobby while they were at VBs today and bought a Pirate party set that has a Treasure Chest, jewels, coins, a map and a few other things. I also grabbed a 4 ft decoration that is Cinderella's Castle. I plan on making clues and leading them to the castle where the announcement will be written.
So, my question is: Any more ideas that will make this magical? Any cute rhyming quotes I can use to lead them around the house?
I'm thinking on Christmas I'll do a spin on "Twelve Days of Christmas" with a Twelve Days of Disney theme.
Whatcha think?
