Right now a pumpkin spice latte makes me happy. Its the little things in life you know and I love the taste of fall.

Oh yeah, I hit the 53lb lost mark as of Monday. That is pretty special too. AND that was WITH this god awful punishing raspberry pink cast!

So what little things make you happy?

You go, GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cheer2: :cheer2:

The little thing, is the 15 and 13 year olds, noticed when mom does without, so that they can enjoy something special and they give her a hug and say thanks and I love you mommy! The mommy part just tugs at the heart.

Great Job Tina. We need pictures so we can see how hot you are looking these days!

I just found out they are airing the Pats game down here this Sunday. I'm happy!!!

Congrats on the 53 lb loss!!!!

My smile is similar to your pumpkin spice latte -- I love my Twinings Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea in the morning!! Fall just makes me feel more alive somehow.

53 pounds!! That's awesome!!! :thumbsup2

I work in the infant room of a daycare and hugs and snuggles from my babies makes me very happy!! :goodvibes

Nice job on the weightloss!!!!!!!!!

DD will be VERY happy the Pumpkin Spice Latte's are back :thumbsup2

I went shopping for homecoming dresses with DD on Sunday. She found one that looks amazing on her but it was a lot more then I would really usually spend but it looked so amazing I couldn't not let her get it. After we paid and as we were walking out of the store she said "I love you mom". It's nice when your kids appreciate things :thumbsup2

Wow, first of all....CONGRATULATIONS on taking off (I don't like to say "lose" because losing something means you probably want to find it and I doubt that's the case in this situation ) 53 pounds!!! That is awesome!!!

And I definitely agree, it's the little things in life that make me happy.

Autumn is my favorite time of the year so I'm loving it!!

Pumpkins, harvest time on the farm, apples and cider, jeans and sweatshirts, cool, crisp weather, the anticipation of the holiday season, and other little things are a hug and a kiss from DH (or from my grandkids!), curling up on the couch in the winter with the snow gently falling outside and drinking a cup of coffee and reading a good book, the smell of freshly cut hay (or someone's lawn!), lighting a scented candle, seeing birds at the feeders, watching the deer from my window while they're chomping on acorns, going for a long drive in the country, I could go on forever...

You're awesome Tina!

My little thing is to actually getting to sit down and drink my gingerbread latte while reading a book.

Tina, congrats and {{hugs}} on the huge weight loss, 53 lbs girl :thumbsup2!! Know how hard you must have worked and what a great feeling it must be!!

Little things that make me happy ~ rolling out of bed in the morn, counting all my blessings and very thankful DS is not deployed for another year . Yes, those holiday coffee creamers are the best!! I LOVE autumn ~ the cooler weather w/windows open, the grands sports - going to DGS's soccer game tonight, farmer's market apples, leaves in all their glory and our annual foliage drive, fall scented candles, sweatshirts, campfires, having morn coffee w/DH in sunroom and all the beautiful birds feasting from our bird feeders, pumpkin farm with grands - having homemade pumpkin donuts and apple cider slush, and blessed with another year to celebrate Thanksgiving with family....and I'd better stop here.

53 POUNDS!! Now THAT'S not a "small thing" :worship::worship::worship:

You are so blessed and you have always been a blessing! Congratulations!

Putting my bathrobe on at night, putting my headband on and getting the hair off my face, and reading my latest book. I dream about this everyday!:lovestruc

And while coffee does a number on my stomach, I think I'd love the Pumpkin Latte thing. I love Tea Lattes from Starbucks and wish I could drink them while in my robe but I think the caffeine would get me.

:banana::banana::banana:

That is outstanding!!! Aside from your foot, how do you feel? Healthier, better?

1) My flannel PJS  Loving them at this time of year

2) Reading posts like this, and getting teary eyed happy to read how happy you are..

Coffee-Mate peppermint mocha creamer is now going to be available all year round...a little thing that makes me extremely happy! ;)

Congratulations on the weight loss, that is by no means a little thing but i get what you are saying.

I too am one of those who gets happy from the little things, just ask my family.... they seem to find me very amusing:goodvibes.

For me one of the biggest is watching the little outdoor critters frolic. I absolutely adore animals of all kinds but especially love wild squirrels and bunnies, especially squirrels. There is something just so endearing about the way their little fluffy tails twitter around as they move that just makes me grin like a fool. Just last week my kids totally cracked up when I started squeaking with glee because a little squirrel tried to dig its way into the screen right in front of me on my windowsill to bury an acorn. Oh and about a month ago 2 morning doves stopped outside my front window together for a rest. So peaceful and loving... sigh, make me happy just thinking about it.

This time of year I also look forward to the crunchy sound of leaves under my feet, the cascade of colors as the trees change, a nice gray breezy cool day to mark Autumn and the delicious smell of leaves burning somewhere. I love the 4 seasons but if you take the holidays out of it, the Fall has got to be my hands down favorite.

Life is so much easier if the little things can make us smile because the little stuff comes along so much more often.

Appreciating the simple/small things in life is very important I feel. I remind myself daily how fortunate I am. I love lots of small things like just getting home after work every day.

Congrats on the 53 pounds! That is awesome!

Congratulations on your weightloss, Tina! 53 pounds lost is awesome! Way to go!:cheer2:

My little thing in life that I'm enjoying right now is the smell of homemade meatballs and sauce cooking on the stove.
And that this morning was the first day my DD walked without crutches in 6 days!

Your post just made me happy!:yay: (No small feat.;) )

How did you do it? I'm so happy for you!

So happy for you, Tina!! So glad that your efforts are paying off! You should be so proud of yourself!!!! :woohoo: :cheer2:

Congratulations Tina! :goodvibes

Happiness is:

Kid giggles.
My little dog snuggled up to my side.
My two teens playing Eric Clapton on their guitars.
Warm apple crisp that my best friend just dropped off.

Life is good. :goodvibes

Wow! 53-lbs in no small change. You must be a shadow of your former self. This demands pictures
