It's snowning!

It's not the first time I've seen it this season... we just got home from a weekend in Cleveland to visit family. There was about 18 inches! The pup loved her first snow... she kept doing barrel rolls in it. Daddy wanted to whitewash her, but she kept doing it for him.

But, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Great... one more thing to distract me from doing what I need to do!

It's snowing here too! I just hope they don't put the Emergency Lights on, I dont have a driveway, so that would mean a long walk home from the city parking garage.

Ahhh, snow. I am a transplant from Boston, and this is my least favorite time of year in Orlando! I rely on Disney for my Christmas snow. It's not quite the same, but at least you don't have to shovel it!!

I love snow but unfortunately here in New Mexico it rarely snows, and when it does it is all melted by 11:00 am. Could you please send some snow my way?

It snowed in New York City this weekend...absolutely lovely. I am from Miami, FL, so snow is always quite an event. I won't miss it when we move after grad school, but I will enjoy it for now.

I do love the snow... I believe that's the only reason it should be cold... If it's not snowing it should be warm... But, I am looking forward to waking up tomorrow morning again to see how much this Noreaster dumps on us (or doesn't dump on us). I am still like a little girl when I wake up in the morning - first thing I do is whip open the window ( the fiance really loves that) but then he gets all cute and says he loves seeing me get all excited about the snow. I don't know who gets more excited, our daughter or me. Just wish I could make it snow at our wedding next December...
hmmmmmm.... perhaps instead of a rose petal toss, we could toss fake snow? Anyone done that? Seems interesting... of course, then we'd walk around for the rest of the afternoon with fake snow in our hair, but it only happens once in a lifetime, right? Talk about magical...

yep..I am in LI as well, nassau county...and we are starting to see some snow!

We've been getting the pretty fluffy kind--which is great when your cleaning your car off, but still wet and dangerous when it's below zero!

I'm getting some lovely lake effect snow. We are predicted to get 5-7 inches. Whsh me luck with getting to my Final Exam tomrrow!
