I can't see the other side of the street! :sad2:

Last week in the Valley Forge area it was so hard that the rain BOUNCING up off the highway made it seem like it was foggy. So foggy that if there was an "other side of the street" I don't think I could have seen it.

I had my flashers on - it was midnight - and no place to pull off the road. I was about as afraid as I have ever been.

Hope all is well for you.

PA seems to have the monsoons this year. I hope you see blue skies soon! Be careful when you're out there.

We're expecting major thunderstorms in Philly for the next 3 days according to our weather guy...

We are in Erie county and the rain got really bad around July 1st. the highway behind us collapsed and dumped 20 squ feet of gravel and sand onto our lawn.

The township is 'suppose' to clean it up but they claim with all the rain since then, they won't be able to get their bulldozer in. They have to wait until it dries out a bit. which will be never if it keeps raining!

I hope it lets up soon for you!

I'm having a day without rain today.. What a treat!! :)

Thursday into yesterday it poured and poured and poured. And soaked our basement while it was at it! I know what you mean! But today it was sunny ... yipppeee! Hope you don't send the rain our way .....

Wow, that's hard.

Not to rub it in, but my the weather is down right beautiful here this afternoon, first time in weeks. I was enjoying waiting outside work for my ride.

crap.. keep it in PA. lighting just startied here so I am sure it is not far away. So glad my daughter made it home from camp today before it hits tonight.

I know how you feel, it literally just stopped raining like crazy where I live.:scared1: I'm grateful that there wasn't some huge flash flood.

But I like to share ;)

We're in extreme drought, worst drought since the dust bowl era. We could use some rain.

I think PA got all of your rain and TX got all of our sunshine . Hope you guys get some rainfall soon (I'm sure Helene and I wouldn't mind sharing :)).

You got that right! I'm sure most (if not all) of PA wouldn't mind sending you at least half the rain we've got this month alone! Its going to be fall soon. I dont feel like summer has even got here yet :confused3

You must be getting the rain we just got. 2", woke up with the table umbrella at the bottom of the pool and the block looked like a hurricane hit. My kids were picking up sticks all day. All the clocks were out too so we lost power sometime during the night.

Enough with the rain already its like a jungle around here!

Weather reports here in Philly now say we may have storms on Sunday with up to 2" per hour.

extreme downpours, hail, wind, tornados, a little sun, repeat....:lmao:
