Oct 20th to the 25th, unless no discounts at all come out then 20th to the 24th. But I would be shocked if no discounts at all came out, so Im going to book 20-25th and change it if nothings announced by august Im so excited!!! Its a 5th birthday/6th anniversary trip for us

We booked our airfare today, early, but we got an awesome deal and a no change fee if we need to switch dates (god forbid), so we bit the bullet. It was fun to call and add Magical Express!

And..... I bought myself a cute baggallini strictly for the trip, it's nylon, water resistant. Not exactly a fashion piece, but cute enough for parks and water rides! I got in in the Mulberry color, it was on sale.

We will be adding a couple of days at either the beginning or end of our trip, but waiting for DD's showchoir director to give us official dates for their leg of the trip. If it actually falls during our 5-10, we'll add on to the beginning ... because I'd rather get there sooner.

We don't have a fall break where we live in Texas, and I am starting to panic a bit about our planned trip the first week of October. Thought I'd try to get an idea of when everyone's fall break will be.

Ugh! Our trip might get postponed a week, Oct 27-31, but the good news is I might not have to take personal days or pull my kids out of school!
Historically, we've had Friday-Monday of the last full weekend of October as our fall break. Administration is considering giving us the whole last week of October instead. So yay for that, boo for one extra week til Mickey.

Don't fret! You still get to see The Mouse! In the 13 or so years we have been visiting DW in Oct and/or Nov, we have found the last week in Oct to be the lowest crowds and nicest weather. Our work schedules currently keep us from visiting that week, but if I had a choice, end of Oct would be it. You will have a great time!

Looks like we are moving our trip to November afterall! We've decided to go for the Wine & Dine 1/2 marathon...well, my BF will be 1/2 marathoning...me, probably just the Wining and Dining! LOL.

It's official as of today! October 13-20 at the Yacht Club! It's our first time going in October and I'm so excited!!

We will be at the world Oct. 4 - 11th!!! Staying at AOA Lion King Suites. This will be my dh & DS 7 first trip ever to WDW! We were booked to go last October (2012) however my MIL became very sick and ultimately passed away in early November. Sadly which was only an omen for the coming year. We lost 5 more close family members in a course of 6 months leaving us and the rest of our family devastated. So this year we are taking a few vacations to try and recover, make new happy memories, and thankfully wdw gets to be one of them. We are really in of need of some pixie dust and disney magic!!!!

We'll be there Oct 21-30 and I'm very happy to be there later in the month!

After a short trip with my sister for the Princess Half next month, our family is heading to the World Oct 9-20. Looking for the customary on this, our 10th family trip there!

Hi there!

While we're going to Florida in August, we have no control over the booking of that trip so the one I'm celebrating is our October trip!

We have been saving for this 2nd trip for what feels like forever, well 2 years lol

It will be my 4th trip to the world and probably DBF's 10th or something like that haha BUT it will be our first trip just the two of us!

We are going October 28th - November 6th and staying at AoA in a little mermaid room! We'll be attending MNSSHP and hopefully having dinner at BoG!

We're going to celebrate the fact that on October 31st we'll have been dating for 4 years

Not only am I celebrating the trip, but we have just ordered our Annual Passes! And to make the trip feel even closer Ive started my PTR! (the link is in my signature if anyone wanted to check it out)

I know I wasn't supposed to shop anymore, but summer is before my trip and I can use this during the summer, so really, I bought it for the summer. It just so happens it will be perfect for my trip.

Perfect sized brim, not too big, but big enough to keep sun out of my eyes!

Hey all!

Well I hope everyone who joined this thread comes back and shares their plans, asks their questions, and shares their knowledge with everyone.

Honestly, I just can't take the main theme parks page anymore. Every thread is the same people saying the same thing about fast pass plus. Even threads that don't start out that way turn into the same thing!

Oh well, let's try to keep this one positive and fun! I absolutely would love to talk strategy with the new fast pass, but I'll try to do it without doom and gloom.
