I'm sitting here waiting for my 8am to 12am appointment.

I needed to run out about 10:45 and would have been gone for about 1.5 hours but didn't want to have mf dfi deal with the installer in case I wasn't back by noon. Now it's almost 1:30. And no call.

they are wasting YOUR time..you can call the office..they usually have beepers or ways of getting hold of the guys and they can tell you why he's late, or what time he's showing up..if at all..good luck!
