With the All Clear to leave the rooms and the gift shops opening at noon, what else is there to do today when the parks are closed?

They still need to clean up the parks, so I'm betting those won't be open till tomorrow at the earliest.

Parks will be open tomorrow and Disneybhas added EMH at Magic Kingdom for resort guests. There is some conflicting information about this though. One source says that you have had to be a resort guest since Saturday another says that people checking in tomorrow can go too.

Since it's still September...there would be absolutely no reason to bother to segregate the two...

I know we are all hoping we are through with 2017 tropical weather disruptions. That stated, Weather Underground posted the below this morning, which shows where past hurricanes of cat 3+ strength that appeared at this time of year have ended up going.

As you can see, Florida sits in what historically has been a "heavily travelled route" area. Presently, the speculative model projections show Maria going east and north, but again, those are educated guesses, not facts or guarantees.

Stay tuned!

Oh yeah...

Sweet Maria can definitely end up looking for grapefruit.

There's a substantial chance that a ridge forms between Jose and Maria in the Atlantic that pushes her into the Atlantic coast...

...right now what I've seen is that they are "hoping" that it turns north and into the Atlantic...but they're not too convincing.

As an aside...from personal work experience...irma cause massive tidal flooding from SC to northern Florida...and that wasn't even "in its path"...

The world is changing...and it ain't "good"
