Is that Royal Caribbean? We did that last year but it only cost $3200 and that was a balcony cabin.

Well, that's not exactly all RCI.
The RCI part is $5000, (two PR cabins and $500 for drinks and tips). The other $2000 is the airfare and the three nights in Disney prior to the cruise.
My husband says, drop the Disney part to save some money. I said, no way, that's my favorite part.
This time I was smarter and booked the Disney part before the trip instead of after, since being sick in Disney just stinks. You need alot of energy to pull off Disney.
A year ago, around this date I was so excited and now this year is so lousy.

We booked the bounceback while we were there in September, but our oldest DS is starting high school this fall; so after LOTS of toying with going or not going, we decided it wouldn't be a good idea to pull him out for 6 days just a few weeks after school starts. And it doesn't look good for us for free dining in 2009 (IF it's even offered) because our other DS will be starting high school then....so free dining may be over for us
But on the bright side...we were able to take advantage of it in 2006 & 2007. As much as it hurt, I modified our free dining bounceback and we will be at the WL the week before Christmas
