I have a bridal shower on Sunday but it's around noon so I think I will be okay. I'll just be sure to have a big breakfast. I will also do an extra workout.... just in case ;)

Anyone else have anything planned?

I have a morning brunch bridal shower and a clambake the weekend after. I don't think I'll have a problem at either since there is going to be a lot of eggs at the brunch and seafood at the clambake!

My fear this weekend is the big Italian dinner on Sunday for my grandmother's birthday! Lots of pasta, cheese and fresh Italian bread will be passed around!!!!! Yikes!

This weekend will be a tough one here. My DH's Dad and Stepmom arrived last night around 11:00. DH told me this morning they had barely walked in when they started questioning "what are we going to do" because DH has been redeployed (his job is being eliminated end of next month) and "what about our responsibilities." Yes we have a house, it is for sale. Yes we have 2 DDs, and they will be fed, clothed, cared for and loved. He is looking in every possible place, with every possible contact for a new job. I have a good job, and can handle much of our family support - at least the bare necessities. But if this is how their visit is starting the I'll need all the prayers and PD you can spare to get through a highly stressful weekend. They are staying with us until Sunday night!

All together now... "No Stress Eating"

GREEK EASTER!!!!!!!!!
The roasted potatoes...spinach and cheese pies in filo dough, and the pastries. Plus I've never eaten lamb before without the mint jelly. Its going to be very hard to resist temptation, but I'm going to try my hardest.

I'm going home again on Saturday. Don't know what that will bring. Last weekend, it brought Chili's Southwestern Eggrolls, Asian Lettuce Wraps, 3 Margaritas, A McD's Big and Tastey(it wasn't), and a large FF! Believe it or not, I was still at a calorie deficit, but the salt kept me bloated for days! I slammed on 3 lbs of water, and am only now seeing it diminish.:D I'm only going for the day, so hopefully, I can be better behaved. It will also help that my family and friends will all be there, so maybe we can dine on sushi and a nice bottle of wine, instead of eating in FF joints. (Or maybe I'll just pitch it all for the day and get a sack of sliders. MMMMM Bate's Hamburgers!:p ) WISH me luck!

Keep the Faith!
Tracy

Um, Tracy? You are going to be in Michigan this weekend? Um....I don't suppose we could meet for a cup of coffee or anything?

Maybe next trip.

I don't have any challenges facing me this weekend. Lucky for me dh is also on Atkins. He can eat the carbs I'm sticking to as close to 0 as I can get ;)

Good luck to all, this weekend. Get your plan ready and deal with it! We can all be successful, I'm sure of it :)

Dh's sister and her husband will arrive tomorrow afternoon and stay until Monday. So far I've made some stuffed green peppers with ground turkey ready to reheat for Saturday lunch. We all love to eat out, so I'll have to make some good healthy choices if we do go out on Sunday.

I have no challenges this weekend that I know of! :) I am the only one doing Atkins at my house, but thankfully it doesn't bother me to cook anything at all! Last night for DH and the kids, I made them BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes and honey glazed carrots...for some reason I have no interest anymore in that stuff! :)
