Well I can't give you resort tips, because I know nothing about Coronado Springs. Don't tour commando style, we did on our December trip and it wasn't nearly as relaxing as our honeymoon. Definately wear the hats. And casually mention to CM's and waiters how "cool it is to be hear on your honeymoon." You don't actually have to say cool. I'm not saying everyone will do something special, but you might get a surprise sometime. We really enjoyed the Polynesian luau. They had a special dance for honeymooners and people celebrating their anniversary.
Definately watch the fireworks. Oh, and spend the 8.95 and get the photo of you two in front of the castle, epcot globe, or MGM hat. We got the castle and the MGM hat and they are my favorite honemoon pics. (I'm talking about photogs that stop you when you walk in the park and ask to take your photo, then they give you a card to pick up your photo later.)
Take lots of photos, and don't be afraid to ask people to take your photo. We only used 1.5 disposable cameras (left over from the reception) and I wish we had taken more pix. Our favorite poses were with objects or characters, like DH with the Genie or on a snowmobile at Blizzard beach, or me in a little car at Mickey's toontown or with that bug from Bug's Life.
Make some nice Priority Seatings. That'll all depend on your taste. Have you been to DW before?
I'm having trouble figuring out when your wedding date is. My brain is having math trouble. Is it in late December? If it is, I have some more great ideas.
