It's been a while

It's been about 15 years since our last trip to Orlando and we didn't have kids then. I have a couple of questions:

1. I know now you can bring a small bag in Disney with snacks and drinks (as long as they have no straw in Animal Kingdom) but can you do this for Universal and Isle of Adventure. Dollywood does not let you bring in any extra.

2. What is the best day to go to Harry Potter? I heard Tuesday or Wednesday. (We will not be there over the weekend).

3. Is 3 days enough to do both parks?

4. Last but not least: Has anyone stayed at Enclave Suites? A little feedback on this hotel would be appreciated.

1. Yep, shouldn't be a problem.

you cannot bring in coolers on wheels and you cannot bring in glass bottles.


that's the restrictions.



i always have a water bottle in my hand when i pass into the entrance gates.
not an issue.


if you are coming in through the garage, your belongings/bags will be checked by security.
if you have glass bottles/containers, security will not let you take them into the parks.


many guests bring in snacks in a carry bag, belly bag, fanny pack, back pack, etc.

you can rent a family locker at the front inside the parks.
you pay one price for the entire day and can open it and relock it as much as you want.
i see families take change of clothing for the day due to wet rides, baby needs, etc.

if you have medication that must be refridgerated, first aide will properly store and handle that for you.
