Yep! We talked over the weekend, DH agreed and I booked us into the Poly last night. We also bought our plane tickets and reserved two nights at the Royal Pacific at Universal for the end of trip so we can see Harry Potter! It's been 4 long years!!!

If we don't go before 2012 I can't get away from work except during the summer and I refuse to go then. Otherwise, it's wait until 2013!

Awesome. You'll just miss us. We leave from the GF on 12-08-11 and head to the Dream. At the end of Oct in 2013, we will stay at the Polynesian. I cannot wait.

About time Disney tried to do something about the practise of people making multiple ADR bookings. I really hate going to a restaurant that you know has been fully booked with ADRs but is half empty because the people have chosen not to pitch up nor advise the restaurant that they aren't coming.

Sadly, I'm not sure its going to deter the practise as there will not be a penalty if you advise them 24 hours beforehand that you are not going to keep the ADR.

What it will do, is free up the restaurants for walk-ups and last minute bookings.


klmall - Keep trying. Maybe some of the people might cancel their multiples now. Otherwise, I'm guessing you'll be able to find availability 24 hours beforehand!

It doesn't start until the 26th. Then ADRs for many, mostly dinner shows and signature locations will require $10 deposit that is refundable upto a day before the meal with cancellation.
