It's almost time!!!

It's almost time.
The biggest family vacation i've ever attempted. Myself, wife, 2 kids, sister-in-law, and my parents are all going on a Disney vacation Oct 17/04.
We already have bags packed, kids excited, and grandparents offering to take the kids back to the Poly for midday naps.
First time at Disney for grandparents, sister-in-law, and my kids so I'm asking for suggestions to help make this a perfect vacation.

We're staying at the Poly and we have our park hopper passes ready. Any suggestions/ideas will be appreciated.

Make sure to visit the other resorts along the monorail. I love all of the WDW resorts. They are attractions in themselves. Make sure you have dessert at the Kona Cafe. They have some of the best desserts on the WDW property.

Have a great trip! Make sure you "stop and smell the roses" at WDW. There is so much to see and so much wonderful detail to enjoy.

Have you thought about having Disney Florist deliver a "Welcome Basket"??? If you look at their website, there are several baskets to choose from, and maybe you could do a Combination Basket - something for the kids (little stuffed animals, autograph book, etc) and maybe a little bottle of wine for the adults???

I used them last year and had a Mickey Basket delivered for my daughter! She was so excited!! It was delivered to the room on our first night there, while we were at dinner at Ohanas!
