My daughter cried when she found out originally it was supposed to be closed when we were going to be there. She was so happy when we found out it would be re-opening early

I was there last weekend, they still had the boards up but they were painting the upper parts of the front.

This is the one ride I remember riding when my parents took me,sis and bro when I was 7 yrs. old. My mom would take me over and over while my daddy took my old sibs to other (scarier) rides. I still love the song.
I was very worried that it would not be open when we go, so happy it is opening soon!! I cant wait to relive the memories of childhood.
I hope DH and DS will ride it over and over!!

We are planning on either going to MK on the 18th or 19th. (our only two full days before we board the Wonder on the 20th) I am betting if IASW opens back up on the 18th, this will be very busy!! I hope we can ride this at least once!

Kris, I, too, have great memories of this ride as a child, only at Disneyland. I love this ride!
