I'm scheduled to visit Disneyland Nov. 8 to celebrate a huge milestone but now I'm freaking out because I read somewhere they may not have a Fantasmic show & also... It's a Small World will be closed. It's my favorite ride!! Does anyone have legit information on when the ride is scheduled to re-open? I'm seriously considering just calling the whole trip off if these two things are not going be available for me to experience. I'm so bummed.

Small world gets it holiday overlay but usually opens earlier than the season actually starts. Going by last years schedule it should be open on the 6th. Fantasmic also ran that weekend too so I would be surprised if it didn't.

Not sure about the 8th, but we have BB Fantasmic! reservations on the 13th.....but I'm wondering if it is just going to be running on the weekends?

Typically Fantasmic runs during the weekends in the "off season." I don't see why it would be closed. It usually is closed around February. However, do know that the entertainment schedule is only posted a few weeks out, and is typically the last thing posted on the calendar. Just because it doesn't show, doesn't mean it isn't there. You could try calling to make reservations, even if you don't plan to keep them, just to see if it's offered that weekend.

Mouseplanet shows Small World opening by the 6th of November.

Typically F! is only presented on Fri, Sat, and Sun nights during the non-peak season. It was presented nightly the week of Thanksgiving and from mid-December through the end of the Holiday Season (last year, from December 12, 2014 to January 5, 2015). So for the first part of the holiday season and early December, it was only presented on Fri, Sat, and Sun.
