I love watching Looney Toons. Just watched one from 1943, where Bugs races a tortoise (second time, not first). I was surprised at the end. After Bugs revealed he was the rabbit (long story...), all the rabbits stopping him goes "Now he tells us!", pulled out guns, and shot themselves in the head. It surprised me because I would of expected it to be cut. I think it was possibly edited because there was no gunshot sound, and as soon as they started falling, the screen faded to black (but you did see them hit the ground before it went completely black)

Looked it up on Google. Found out the ending was intact, because it had an iris out, instead of a fade-out. I found the cartoon on YouTube, and it was exactly what I watched. Isn't it nice to know the short was kept in it's original format?

Seen it all suicide! Common in Looney Toons. Well, uncensored ones anyway. They don't show them much anymore (at least in the USA, seeing as I just watching one with it... Like i've mentioned already)
