I'm so jealous right now! This was our weather yesterday.

9AM - snowing
10AM - snowing but sunny
11AM - sunny
1PM - cloudy

We had 2 feet of heavy wet snow north of the NYC metro area, which caused an unprecedented 150,000 people without power over the weekend. All DH and I can say is "We can't wait to retire and move to Florida". 3 more years. Enjoy the great weather Florida friends!

Yes, enjoy your warm sunshine while the snow drifts in my driveway laugh at me as I contemplate how I'm going to get to work tomorrow.

We're in the same boat, or I guess I could say we're in the same snow plow!

We've been digging through the drifts in our drive daily, and we're supposed to get more snow on Tuesday.

Hey, I just noticed that I can officially do the double-digit dance. That just made my day a whole lot brighter!

Grey and cloudy here. But the world stopped here in Canada as the US played Canada in Hockey. The streets were deserted. Announcer said, is there anywhere else you would want to be? And both DH and I said, yes in Disneyworld.

Well, actually...

I'm in sunny, beautiful Sarasota. Gorgeous blue skies, light tropical breezes, a quick bike ride away from the beach - paradise by any estimation.

But.

Frankly a couple of weeks in freezing, rainy England sounds pretty darned good to me ! I've never been.

Ahh well, the grass is always greener... err, wetter, whatever...
