It's 8.30pm...my manager just called

he was standing at the airport for his trip to Singapore & China and the travel agent hadn't done the booking!!!

I don't really know who's to blame, I sent in the request but forgot to chase the TA when I didn't have a confirmation by today...

got everything sorted in the end, but not feeling too happy about it...and the worst part is is that I'm out of the country tomorrow and Thursday so it's going to take a lot of calls to find out where the problem is..

He was surprisingly calm.. as he has been known to get really mad about stuff that wasn't even my fault.
