Itinerary Planning Question...

When you are mailed your itinerary questionaire from the concierge, if you have already made your PS's, what other things do you typically include on the sheet? Do you list the PS's that you already have? I really don't have much else to add.

I preferred to email the concierge planners vs mailing back the questionaire......made me feel better to have that contact person for questions, last minute changes, etc. If you have already made all your PS then you probably do not need to mail anything back, unless you had any other special requests you wanted them to be aware of (i.e. non-smoking vs smoking, 1st floor vs 2nd, special occasion being celebrated, etc).
