We'll be in Anaheim last week of March, Sunday thru Thursday, for our first DLR visit. Planning on part of Sunday for a short beach trip. Since we have 5 day hoppers, thought we'd start with a stroll around DL Sunday pm to see Walts creation then over to DCA for food & WoC dessert party. Since it will be Food & Wine festival, we might make that our dinner.
The rest of the week, thinking Monday/DL, hop to DCA when busy; Tuesday/DCA; Wednesday/DL, hop to DCA; Thursday/DL for MM. We are generally early, although not always ropedrop, people when's at WDW. Figuring since we're staying walking distance, we will be ropedrop or darn close.

Sound reasonable? I've always wanted to stay at GCH but that's not in the budget, so decided to surprise DH & DS with a breakfast at Storytellers. I'm not sure which would be the best day. Since we're usually up early, I'm thinking a 1030ish breakfast would be good for a break & refueling. But which Ideas? Critiques?

I am a rope drop every day kinda girl. I would even consider doing it sun morning, leave to go to the beach a couple hours later, come back in the evening. I have not been to storytellers yet, will be there on feb 27th :) but I always recommend Minnie and friends if you are first time park goers. It has the most characters by far. I like late morning reservations once crowds start coming in. When we do storytellers, we are doing a 7:10 am (eekkkkk) reservation for a 9am emh. So maybe try to do storytellers prior to park opening depending on hours or even a late morning reservation on a dca day if the hours of the park start early. Your days in the parks sound like what I would choose :)
