We have been to Disney many times but always rely on the help of my dis friends to help with my itinerary. I would love it if you guys could please critique my itinerary! My mom is taking my family dd-10.5, ds-6.5 to WDW November 26-December 5 (already got our tickets on JetBlue :) ) My husbands friend had a 3 bedroom condo at Orange Lake Country Club, couldn't use a bunch of weeks and we have the 3 bedroom condo for 9 nights for a total of $500 :) :)
My mom has already purchased our 5 day PHs through Charlotte, NC AAA (they had great prices and don't charge tax for amusement park passes).
We have reserved our rental car with National (EA member), have our tickets for November 30 MVMCP. We've been to MNSSHP so very much looking forward to the Christmas party and seeing WDW dressed up for Christmas :)
Below is our itinerary. We always go back to our hotel/condo for a break in the day since the kids (and us) make for much happier people during the rest of the evening.
Our favorite park is EPCOT

Friday, November 26 (day after Thanksgiving)
Arrive
Still thinking it may be crowded with the Thanksgiving crowds still there.
We will do a very small grocery shopping for water, juice, breakfast stuff and snacks. That is is.

Evening--PS for Ohana

Saturday, November 27
dh will golf
Chef Mickeys for dinner and maybe resort hop on the monorail to see Christmas decorations and then DTD
(We always like to do CM first since we get to see the main characters and don't have to see them in the park)

I would very much appreciate any help with the little details and if it looks like I have good days for each park. We definitely want a rest day after MVMCP and my husband definitely wants to go to Universal. We always go back to our room for breaks whether on or off site since we always have a rental car.

Thank you VERY much for any/all help you can give to me :) Please tell me what park I should go to on Sunday since again I don't know where to start although I know we will end in Epcot. Thank you.

Thanks padisneylover, hope you (we) have good weather and a great time at DW. Anyone else have any suggestions/ideas about our itinerary? karensi (js's Mom ;) )

Thank you. Hope you have a great trip!
Anyone else please give me info on my itinerary.
Thanks.

We have almost the same plans. We have 6:00 LTT dinner on the 30th. I wanted 5:45 but they were full. Are you from NC? I see you got your tickets at AAA. We in NC have the best prices for WDW.

Hi canda, no we are from New York, Staten Island to be exact, but we did buy our tickets from AAA in North Carolina. You are correct, they do have the best prices for theme park admission tickets. Anyone else care to comment on our itinerary? We hope we have planned the right parks on the right days  . Karen (js's Mom) :) .

Hey we will be down there around the same time.

IF you are going to check out Christmas Decorations, why not do the Yuletide Tour, it is a tour on how they decorate for christmas. They take you to two resorts as well as you get to see where they house the decoartions in the off season.
I found info about this tour at allearsnet.com, under tours, check it out

We are flying in on Thanksgiving day and leaving 12/1 (Wed). I, too, am concerned about the crowds. I was interested in your itinerary - and wondering if we should even consider doing a park on Sat after Thanksgiving day. I'd thought we would only do parks Sun, Mon, Tues & Wed (until we fly out). With Thanksgiving night, Friday and Saturday, I thought we could have a ps one night for dinner, maybe do DTD, and resort hop viewing the decorations. Any other thoughts of non-park things to do on these days? Or maybe you have experience of a park that isn't too crowded, like Epcot?

Thanks !:bounce:

Hi everyone.

kaguilbeau-I'm with you. My husband (and our family) don't even want to attempt a park on Friday or Saturday. If we didn't have the 5 day pass we wouldn't be going on Sunday either but it is like a "bonus" day for us :)

DonDuck Fan-I thought quickly about the Yuletide tour on Friday or Saturday but we will have my kids (10 and 6) and my sisters 8 month old and I don't think my kids would be very interested. I think on Saturday my husband and my bil will play golf while maybe my dm, sister and the kids and I will go to DTD.

canda-as my mom (karensi) mentioned, we live in NY but from this dis boards found that AAA in NC was the cheapest and it doesn't get much mention on these boards. I was happy I found it though.

Anyway, we have done a little fine tuning on our schedule and have a 5 day hopper (from AAA in NC as karensi..my mom, mentioned) which was only $20 more at the time then a 4 day hopper. Whether it was a mistake or not at the time, we got all our tickets for 5 days before anything changed LOL

Below is our new itinerary, with all our PS made. Please advise and let me know what you think...EPCOT is our favorite park:
